In entrepreneurship, good ideas are important. But even more important is how we turn them into reality. That was exactly the thought that guided us when, together with our partners from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and BAU Accelerator, we organized the second ProBiz Superpowers workshop in Bitola.

Honestly, it was inspiring. Young entrepreneurs from the southwest region joined us to explore a different, practical, and innovative way of thinking – Design Thinking. This methodology, used by some of the world’s most successful companies, is not just for designers, but for everyone who wants to create solutions that truly matter.

Under the guidance of Aleksandar Stamboliev and Nikola Ognenovski, participants engaged in an interactive and dynamic session. They learned how to understand the real problem, explored ideas from different angles, created prototypes that could be tested immediately, and – most importantly – gained a structured approach they could immediately apply to their own businesses.

As a bank that believes in non-financial support as much as in financial stability, it is especially important for us to create such platforms for learning and development. Design Thinking is a tool that changes perspectives, and we want to make it accessible to as many entrepreneurs as possible.

We are proud of this workshop. We are proud of the energy, curiosity, and openness of the participants. And most of all, we are excited about all the ideas that will develop after this day. This was not just another training – it was the beginning of new, creative entrepreneurial stories.
