Lecture at the Faculty of Economics – How is Credit Risk Assessed?

    March 19, 2026

We once again had the honor of being guest lecturers at the Faculty of Economics in Skopje, as part of the curriculum for fourth-year students.

Ivana Donchovska, Director of the Credit Risk Department at ProCredit Bank, delivered an interactive and practical lecture on “Credit Risk Assessment” – a topic of crucial importance for the stability and sustainability of the banking sector.

Students had the opportunity to explore real-life scenarios from banking practice, learn how significant financial decisions are made, and discover what tools and analyses are used in everyday risk assessment. Through firsthand examples and open discussion, the lecture conveyed a realistic picture of the processes essential to responsible lending – something that forms the foundation of our work as a bank committed to sustainable financing and support for the business sector.

It is always a pleasure for us to support future economists and banking professionals, encouraging them to invest in their knowledge and think critically, with a focus on quality, transparency, and long-term development.

Gratitude goes to the Faculty of Economics for the collaboration that makes such inspiring meetings possible.
