What do you get when you bring together students, professors, and banking professionals in one shared project? A room full of fresh ideas, practical solutions, and boundless enthusiasm!

Last semester, in collaboration with the Faculty of Economics at UKIM, we launched a new type of partnership. Over 150 students, mentored by their professors and experts from ProCredit Bank, worked on real-world challenges from banking practice. The teams developed innovative business models, marketing concepts, digital solutions, and sustainability ideas – everything a modern bank needs today.

At the final event, held in the main building of ProCredit Bank, the projects were presented to an expert jury. The best received recognition and an opportunity for internship or employment within the bank. We see this initiative as the beginning of a long-term partnership with universities – one where students learn through practical engagement with real challenges, and companies connect with young talent early in their journey.

And we’re not stopping there. The next step is the opening of a dedicated hub for collaboration and development within the Faculty of Economics. In this modern space, students will be able to create and present their ideas in truly professional conditions.
