Digital Transformation Training in Strumica
Digital transformation sounds like a big step – and it truly is. To help businesses begin that journey with confidence and concrete actions, we held another of our non-financial initiatives in Strumica, dedicated to advancing the local business ecosystem.
In partnership with the Center for Digital Transformation – GoDigital and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation’s Increasing Market Employability (IME) program, we delivered a one-day training on digital transformation for representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises from the region. The goal was to help local businesses recognize the opportunities offered by digitalization and to begin or advance their transformation journey in a way tailored to their unique capacities.
Experts Jovan Dimitrov, Dimitar Bardarov, and Mitko Andonov guided participants through key trends, challenges, and benefits of digital development using practical presentations and discussions. Topics covered included the fundamentals of digital strategy, assessing digital maturity, selecting appropriate tools, and real-world examples of successful technology integration in everyday business operations.

A particularly valuable aspect of the training was the individual approach. Every business has its own story, structure, and needs – a reality acknowledged by the trainers, who helped participants take their first concrete steps toward transformation.
For us, sustainability is not measured solely by financial metrics, but also by the long-term support we provide our clients to grow, adapt, and remain competitive in a rapidly changing world. These educational initiatives are part of our mission to build a stronger, more informed business sector – especially in regions where such support is often more difficult to access.
We continue to invest in knowledge, networks, and practical tools that have a real and measurable impact on entrepreneurs.
