There are days when the usual silence of the office is replaced by children’s laughter, crayons scattered on the table, and a hundred questions per minute. One such day was the Open Day for the children of our colleagues.

We welcomed the youngest members of our ProCredit family to show them where their parents work – but also to discuss some important topics together: saving, responsibility toward nature, and the importance of the daily choices we make. We explored all of this through games, conversations, and drawings.

In the creative part, the little artists were tasked with designing their own canvas eco bags. The results were fantastic. Each bag told its own story – colorful and honest, just like their minds.

For a day, our offices became a space for play, for learning, and for making memories. And we, the adults, were reminded how important it is to sometimes pause and see how much magic there is in children’s enthusiasm.

This Open Day was a reminder that caring for our employees also means paying attention to their families, spending time together, and creating a space where values are passed on.
