Yesterday at Startup Club Skopje, we officially marked the beginning of the educational series “ProBiz Superpowers,” part of the Youth in Business program, supported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

The first workshop was dedicated to one of the most important topics for any aspiring entrepreneur: effective leadership. Under the mentorship of proven professionals Gojko Rodić and Ivana Henkel von Donnersmarck, young participants engaged in an interactive session that offered practical tools and skills, while also encouraging personal reflection and stepping outside their comfort zones.

During the workshop, important questions were explored:

• What does it mean to be a leader, not just a manager?
• How to inspire and lead a team with integrity and vision?
• How do you build trust and influence without authority?

Beyond the exchange of knowledge, the event created space for networking, new connections, and inspiring conversations among young entrepreneurs who share the same energy and desire for success.

We firmly believe that true support for young entrepreneurs extends beyond finance – it includes education, mentorship, and a platform where they can grow. Many more workshops are coming as part of ProBiz Superpowers, each offering practical skills and opportunities for development.
