Our First Workshop for Women Entrepreneurs

    March 19, 2026

Women who create, change, and lead businesses deserve support that encourages them to grow even stronger.

That is why it was with great pleasure that we opened our first workshop in the series dedicated to women entrepreneurs, within the framework of the “Women in Business” program, which we implement together with our partners from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

The topic we started with addressed one of the biggest challenges in running a business: effective pricing. For more than 40 women entrepreneurs from diverse sectors, this was an opportunity to gain practical tools, real-world examples, and advice they could apply immediately.

The workshop was led by Gojko Vuchinikj, an experienced financial expert from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. In a clear and interactive manner, he brought together the principles of pricing, supply adjustment, and building a sustainable and competitive business structure.

The day was given an extra special touch thanks to Zagorka Blazhevska, owner of Vita Nova, who shared her honest and personal entrepreneurial story. From the initial idea to its realization, her journey is an example of courage, perseverance, and vision – something we all felt in the room.

It was truly empowering to be part of this group of women who not only run businesses but are also drivers of change in their communities. Their energy, ideas, and mutual support confirmed that we are on the right track in our mission: to invest in knowledge, build a strong network of entrepreneurs, and strengthen the role of women in the economic growth of our country.

In the coming period, we will continue with more workshops, new topics, fresh stories, and new opportunities for women leaders.
