When women support each other, real change happens. That is exactly what we experienced at the “Leadership in Action” workshop, held at our premises in cooperation with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) as part of the Women in Business program.

Through this program, we provide education for women on a range of topics essential to successfully running a business. This time, we focused on practical tools for building a sustainable and resilient enterprise.

With support from Viktorija Mitreska (Bold Consulting) and Gojko Vuchinikj (Frankfurt School of Finance and Management), participants had the opportunity to explore:

• Why vision is the compass of every successful business
• How to optimize processes and build an efficient structure
• How important a strong, loyal team is for long-term growth

The atmosphere was open, inspiring, and full of energy. After honest conversations and the exchange of experiences and ideas, we all left with new mental horizons opened and a renewed motivation for action.

These events are especially dear to us because here we all learn, encourage one another, and connect. We are deeply grateful to every woman who takes the time to invest in herself and her vision – it is this commitment that motivates us to continue investing in such programs..
