The second event in the “Women Redefine Success” series was successfully held at the Faculty of Economics in Skopje. This initiative, part of the ProActive platform, is dedicated to social impact and equal opportunities for all.

The event aimed to encourage young women – and indeed all young people – to invest in themselves, recognize their own value, and step courageously toward their professional, career, and personal goals. In a dynamic and inspiring atmosphere, students actively participated in discussions, sharing ideas, thoughts, and personal experiences that confirmed that success takes many forms, but always begins with belief in oneself. The exchange of opinions and experiences once again showed that the future belongs to prepared, proactive young people – especially when they are supported by professionals who recognize and believe in their potential.

Special thanks go to the speakers and moderators: Prof. Dr. Mijalce Santa, Dean of the Faculty of Economics in Skopje; Prof. Dr. Marija Trpkova Nestorovska; and Prof. Dr. Dimitar Jovevski.
